Incorrect attribution of the 1934 Levant Fair poster

This poster is attributed to the Shamir Brothers in Yigal Zalmona's book "100 Years of Israeli Art." This is a "new and revised" edition but not sufficiently revised. The 1934 fair opened in April. Maxim Scheftelowitsch, the first Shamir brother to immigrate to Palestine (Later Israel), arrived in Tel Aviv in October 34. It is hard to believe that the Levant Fair commissioned the design of this poster from the Scheftelowitsch Brothers Studio in Riga, Latvia.
The style of the poster does remind us of the early posters designed by the Shamir brothers but who is responsible for this poster is unknown.
